Online payments made easy
You can conveniently pay your Association dues and fees online using a credit or debit card through the secure links provided. If you have any questions regarding your dues, please reach out to the Association board for assistance.
If you prefer not to pay online, you are welcome to mail a check or drop it in the secure CCOA ONLY mailbox located outside the garage door at 7670 Coventry Dr.
TERMS (AS PER CROSSCREEKS OWNERS ASSOCIATION BYLAWS)
Please note that any assessment not paid by the invoice date will accrue an interest of 6 percent per annum from the ORIGINAL due date. Furthermore, if lot owners do not pay their dues, they will forfeit their voting rights, and liens will be placed on their property. A lien filing fee of $34 will be added to your balance for each year that is past due. Additionally, a $30 fee per lien will be charged to release the liens once the dues have been paid.
