WELCOME TO CROSSCREEKS!

The Crosscreeks subdivision was established in late 1975 by developers Tom Forrester and Richard (Dick) Wehrle of Forrester/Wehrle, Inc. It was named “Crosscreeks” because Indian and Salter Creeks cross the subdivision and touch many of our properties. Those who don’t have direct access to the creeks can enjoy them from the multiple Common Area walkways to and from our five-acre field. The field is only accessible through our walkways and is maintained for the enjoyment of our Crosscreeks homeowners.

The original development included the Crosscreeks Apartments and Townhomes on Crosscreeks Drive until 2016. After a lawsuit against their former owner, an Amendment to our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) officially removed them from the Association.

Although our Association is platted as a subdivision, none of our streets actually connect, other than through our Common Area walkways along the creeks!
