You can conveniently pay your Association dues and fees online using a credit or debit card through the secure links provided. If you have any questions regarding your dues, please reach out to the Association board for assistance.
If you prefer not to pay online, you are welcome to mail a check or drop it in the secure CCOA ONLY mailbox located outside the garage door at 7670 Coventry Dr.
Make a Voluntary Donation!
Your voluntary donation will be added to a reserve fund. By proactively funding our reserves, we avoid the need for larger, unexpected special assessments in the future. This ensures we can address necessary Common Area maintenance.
TERMS (AS PER CROSSCREEKS OWNERS ASSOCIATION BYLAWS)
Please be aware that any assessment not paid by the invoice due date will incur an interest charge of 6 percent per annum from the original due date. Additionally, if lot owners fail to pay their dues, they will lose their voting rights, and liens may be placed on their properties.
Lot owners will be responsible for settling all overdue assessments, along with any late fees, accrued interest, collection costs, and attorney’s fees.
