Fill out form with nominee names and hit the submit button.

Who can be nominated?

Any Crosscreeks community member who is in good standing, has good moral character, and has the time and skills to serve are welcome and encouraged to be part of the CCOA Board.

Can I edit my nomination later?

Yes, you can update your nomination by revisiting the form link before the deadline.

Is my information secure?

Yes, all data is handled securely through Google Forms.

When is the deadline?

Nominations close at midnight on the February 28, 2026.

How will nominees be notified?

Nominees will receive an email confirmation and further instructions after review.
